• We have a unique, padded stall floor equipped with a drain that eliminates the need for absorbent shavings. Breathing the dust and ammonia from the bedding in a typical stall is not ideal for any horse, nor is ingesting the particles of wood that will inevitably attach to hay. Our stalls provide a comfortable, non-slip, dust-free environment where the liquid waste drains away, all solids are removed everyday, and the floor is washed 5 days each week giving your horse a clean home. (Besides the health benefits achieved by eliminating wood shavings, our barn has fewer flies and a significantly reduced risk of fire.
Indoor Arena:

• Otto Sport Footing - Olympic quality footing composed of dust-free silica sand and geo-textile fibers over rubber mats that reduce concussion and provide a low-impact experience for both horse and rider. This is the same footing installed at Kentucky Horse Park in anticipation of the 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games. Square Lake Farm is the ONLY place you will find this footing in Minnesota!
Grounds:
• 53 acres of lush meadows, trees, and landscaping
• All fencing is 3 rail, 2x6 green treated wood with a minimum height of 4’6”
• 7 acre pasture for retirees with large shelter and automatic water feeder
• 7 acre fenced outdoor grass riding area with stadium jumps and ditch fence
• Trailer parking available at no additional charge
• Paddocks are equipped with automatic, heated water feeders, heavy duty hay feeders, and attached grass paddock for grazing
